This Airbnb was absolutely exceptional. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve ever experienced—fully stocked with high-quality cookware, plenty of dishes and glassware, and an impressive assortment of spices of every kind. Cooking meals here was effortless and enjoyable. The hosts clearly thought of everything, with so many thoughtful extra touches: beach towels, beach chairs, and even snorkeling equipment, which made our stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The bedrooms were fantastic, each with a comfortable king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, offering both luxury and privacy. On top of all that, the views were simply stunning—absolutely beautiful vistas of St. John and the surrounding area that never got old. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Gorgeous house, well located, very well equipped -- a truly luxurious stay. We enjoyed our time here greatly. Each bedroom is self-contained for privacy but the common spaces are welcoming and great for gathering. The house is extremely well equipped with high end everything! Beds were super comfortable and house was air tight (sometimes hard to find on an island, but not here!) Will definitely return. Also appreciated how communicative the hosts were, offering suggestions and responding to our questions with speed!

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Henry Hinkle as our personal host. Henry was our guy from the moment we arrived in St John at the ferry until the very end of our stay. Henry picked up our entire party with luggage, and took us to the car rental place and then we followed him to the house. He showed us around and provided us with all the information that we needed. He also provided us with a map of the area and gave us suggestions on places to go. The house was amazing and huge. We had 6 people in our party and we all had plenty of space to spread out. We were provided all the things we needed to go to the beaches. There were beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrellas for us to use. We are so glad we chose this house as our vacation spot. We will be back to St John and when we do, this is where we will stay again.

This home was exactly as described. The home was spacious and inviting with a modern kitchen and high end appliances. The dining table was a few steps below and adjacent to the kitchen and was enough to seat 8 or more. Just a great space overlooking the outdoor deck, pool and outdoors. The living room was stocked with games and books and there were several blankets for use indoors. The sleeping spaces were very expansive with 3 of the bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms, indoor showers, and outdoor showers. The master bedroom was off to it's own side of the home, just off the kitchen/dining area, and private. The 5th bedroom was above the living room, with a large king bed as well as a separate full sized lounge day bed. Just a wonderful space, we would not hesitate to return.

Justin had Henry meet us at the ferry, take us to get our rental car then follow him to the house which was really helpful. Justin and Henry both responded to any questions and requests I had while we were there. The home is beautiful and there’s rooftop seating. The pool is a nice size. All of the rooms are spacious including the bedrooms. There’s a distant view of the Caribbean Sea. There’s a closer view of a large pond that isn’t very appealing but the house is built atop a hill so overall it’s still a really nice view.

The house is as beautiful as it looks and so much space with a fantastic view. We’d definitely recommed and go back. We were a party of 8 and had an awesome stay. The house has everything you could need. Bedrooms are all spacious and mostly the same and all have an indoor/outdoor shower. Never a bathroom wait. We loved the double washer and dryers. That was a plus. The location is fantastic being close to town. It is not walkable but it is minutes to a grocery store and a very short ride to town. With that said we did walk to the Westin to hang out for the day. They have Starbucks! There’s also a great view of Chocolate Hole that was awesome to wake up to and have coffee by. Lastly the pool was awesome. Used it day and nights. Everyone loved this place! Good to know: > Parking is above w/ steep stairs down to house >Limited parking. 2 spots and owner took one >Stagnant pond below with sea view right past it >Pack some floats for pool and beach

This Airbnb was absolutely exceptional. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve ever experienced—fully stocked with high-quality cookware, plenty of dishes and glassware, and an impressive assortment of spices of every kind. Cooking meals here was effortless and enjoyable. The hosts clearly thought of everything, with so many thoughtful extra touches: beach towels, beach chairs, and even snorkeling equipment, which made our stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The bedrooms were fantastic, each with a comfortable king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, offering both luxury and privacy. On top of all that, the views were simply stunning—absolutely beautiful vistas of St. John and the surrounding area that never got old. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Gorgeous house, well located, very well equipped -- a truly luxurious stay. We enjoyed our time here greatly. Each bedroom is self-contained for privacy but the common spaces are welcoming and great for gathering. The house is extremely well equipped with high end everything! Beds were super comfortable and house was air tight (sometimes hard to find on an island, but not here!) Will definitely return. Also appreciated how communicative the hosts were, offering suggestions and responding to our questions with speed!

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Henry Hinkle as our personal host. Henry was our guy from the moment we arrived in St John at the ferry until the very end of our stay. Henry picked up our entire party with luggage, and took us to the car rental place and then we followed him to the house. He showed us around and provided us with all the information that we needed. He also provided us with a map of the area and gave us suggestions on places to go. The house was amazing and huge. We had 6 people in our party and we all had plenty of space to spread out. We were provided all the things we needed to go to the beaches. There were beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrellas for us to use. We are so glad we chose this house as our vacation spot. We will be back to St John and when we do, this is where we will stay again.

This home was exactly as described. The home was spacious and inviting with a modern kitchen and high end appliances. The dining table was a few steps below and adjacent to the kitchen and was enough to seat 8 or more. Just a great space overlooking the outdoor deck, pool and outdoors. The living room was stocked with games and books and there were several blankets for use indoors. The sleeping spaces were very expansive with 3 of the bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms, indoor showers, and outdoor showers. The master bedroom was off to it's own side of the home, just off the kitchen/dining area, and private. The 5th bedroom was above the living room, with a large king bed as well as a separate full sized lounge day bed. Just a wonderful space, we would not hesitate to return.

Justin had Henry meet us at the ferry, take us to get our rental car then follow him to the house which was really helpful. Justin and Henry both responded to any questions and requests I had while we were there. The home is beautiful and there’s rooftop seating. The pool is a nice size. All of the rooms are spacious including the bedrooms. There’s a distant view of the Caribbean Sea. There’s a closer view of a large pond that isn’t very appealing but the house is built atop a hill so overall it’s still a really nice view.

The house is as beautiful as it looks and so much space with a fantastic view. We’d definitely recommed and go back. We were a party of 8 and had an awesome stay. The house has everything you could need. Bedrooms are all spacious and mostly the same and all have an indoor/outdoor shower. Never a bathroom wait. We loved the double washer and dryers. That was a plus. The location is fantastic being close to town. It is not walkable but it is minutes to a grocery store and a very short ride to town. With that said we did walk to the Westin to hang out for the day. They have Starbucks! There’s also a great view of Chocolate Hole that was awesome to wake up to and have coffee by. Lastly the pool was awesome. Used it day and nights. Everyone loved this place! Good to know: > Parking is above w/ steep stairs down to house >Limited parking. 2 spots and owner took one >Stagnant pond below with sea view right past it >Pack some floats for pool and beach
