PLEASE NOTE - All beaches in the USVI are considered public up to the vegetation line, and though there isn't any viable access to the beach from the main road, occasionally there may be some visitors by boat, although it is generally not often this happens.

**This villa offers an onsite caretaker occupying the furthest bedroom away. His presence and knowledge of the home is an invaluable addition to your stay, but if you do require all nine bedrooms we do accommodate as requested.**

**We have a strict no refund cancellation policy in place, however if you need to cancel and we are able to rebook some or all of your original dates, we will refund you the maid fee and the nightly rate plus 12.5% tax for those dates that were re-booked. All Jet Ski rentals and Chef services booked through the Prestige Luxury Villas guest portal are fully refundable.**
