Our stay at Justin’s place was great. Our group had a wonderful week and the condo was nice and spacious for our group. Some things we enjoyed that made it better was the extra coolers and the few beach chairs that were provided. The gorilla cart also came in handy transporting things to Coki beach. Also, spent evenings out on the patio at the big patio table with the Edison string lights. Lastly, the ice maker was nice, and we were able to keep up with ice during the trip. We did run into a few issue during our stay, but Justin was quick to respond and help fix the problems. Overall we had an excellent time.

We were very happy with our accommodations. AC worked, beds were comfy, plenty of room to sit & relax with our group. The whole condo was beautifully updated, well equipped - meeting all of our needs. Beautiful pool/lounge area. A perfect ideal location on the island next to Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville. Great restaurants walking distance as well as a grocery. Coki Beach, walking distance - one of the best beaches on the island for snorkeling. While relaxing on the beach, we enjoyed rented lounge chairs and drinks/food. Beautiful views of other islands. Coral World Ocean Park, walking distance. We enjoyed Sea Trekking and Snuba there - highly recommended. Also, the park has many sea life exhibits. Definitely a must to visit. Our host was quickly available as needed. He provided some reliable transportation and restaurant choices. Cabs were easily available. No Uber or Lyft. Roads are dangerous, so we didn’t rent our own vehicle. We would love to return and stay here again!

This place was fantastic! We had a host cancel on us at the last minute and Justin saved us and my family of 8 was very happy with his place. Loved all the space and the pool and community was outstanding!

We booked this very last minute- less than 24 hours before check in. Justin and his team were great! Clear communication. Excellent recommendations. I was kinda of a pain with all my messaging but he was quick to answer and always helpful

The home had a good layout, and we enjoyed the big living room and patio for socializing. The pool was clean and relaxing, but several issues affected our stay. Cleanliness was poor: visible dust, buildup on stove burners, stagnant ice maker water, and a couch that was in disrepair, not clean, and had stuffing coming out. There were also limited kitchen dishes. Laundry was a major problem. The washer smelled musty and transferred odor to clothes, and the dryer barely worked, requiring six drying cycles. With very limited linens in a humid climate, we often had no dry towels. The oven was slow, making loud noises and taking two hours to preheat. One bedroom accessed from outside was incredibly musty; our kids coughed after one night. No resolution was offered, forcing them to sleep on the couch. Basic supplies were limited, only one parking pass was provided, and we were still charged for makeup on a towel, which was disappointing.

Wonderful location for our family with the best beach around, Coki Beach, within walking distance. Lots of Chairs, beach stuff, beach towels for us to use. Very clean and matched the pictures plus a great courtyard space that we utilized A LOT! Ran out of somethings like dish soap, laundry soap, coffee filters, trash bags etc. that aren't necessarily the hosts responsibility to provide but can be a little tricky to acquire without getting additional provisions delivered, which is very costly. Overall a wonderful stay!!
