Beautiful spot. Cannot beat the views. House is very spacious allowing everyone to have their own space but also has a lot of common areas to spend time.
We’ve been visiting St. Thomas since 2014 and have stayed in 7+ villas at this price point, so we understand island conditions. ( power loss, availability of select items)This is the first time we’ve left disappointed. Positives first: the home is spacious, the views are beautiful, and the location is excellent. Close to beaches, Red Hook, and restaurants. It has strong potential. Justin, the property manager, was responsive and helpful when contacted. That said, the issue is the condition. The villa feels worn and in need of a significant refresh. Several pieces of furniture were broken or stained, cabinets were broken or weathered and stove knob replaced with foil. Many sliding door screens were missing, limiting airflow without bugs, and a downstairs bedspread was torn. Hot water was also a problem, our group of eight could only manage one or two showers at a time. Overall, a great property with potential, but not reflective of an $11,000 experience in its current state.
Our group of 8 adults had a great stay, the house was awesome - spacious with beautiful views, lots of outdoor seating areas and lovely pool. The new Lionfish restaurant in the resort was excellent. The host Justin was very helpful and communicative. We had one small maintenance issue which was taken care of promptly. Highly recommended!
